Welcome To NBAPlaybook.com

How’s it going everybody, and welcome to NBAPlaybook.com.  Unless you are a Nets’ fan, you might not know who I am.  My name is Sebastian Pruiti, and I founded NetsAreScorching.com, a New Jersey Nets blog that is affiliated with ESPN through the TrueHoop Network.  I still currently write over there with Mark Ginocchio, you should check it out, a lot of good stuff over there.

I am branching out to blogging about the entire NBA, because it is getting hard to talk about and focus on just the Nets right now.  Seriously though, I am starting this blog because I want to take a unique look at the NBA that you don’t usually see too much online.  I want to discuss it from a Xs and Os perspective.  Some stuff you will see here:

  • Late game playcalling breakdowns
  • Evaluating a player’s performance
  • Previewing the game of the week
  • Examining strength’s and weaknesses of teams in the NBA
  • and a whole lot more

That last bullet is where you guys come in.  I got stuff I want to talk about, but there are things I am probably going to miss.  If I am ignoring a topic that you want to talk about, shoot me an e-mail over at sebastian@nbaplaybook.com.  Here is a preview of some of the stuff you can expect here:

The exception is that here, I will have a league wide scope rather than just a Nets’ specific one.  I am looking forward to to getting this off the ground and making it a pretty successful site, thanks for stopping by, and we will have some real content at the start of the week tomorrow.

Just found this website from TKB. Excellent decision in starting this blog. It’ll make people appreciate the X’s and O’s of late game and set play situations. All the best Sebastian.

I have my popcorn bucket ready and the website hot paged. Good luck, it would be great to know that there are people that appreciate this type of analysis half as much as I do
