Just as stated in the piece, guys like Shaq, Dwight, and Tim Duncan go thru their motion, but stop their hands before they shot. Even with his form he should be able to shoot 70-75% or so ala Tim Duncan(who has poor form but practices it). If you do it the same every time, and practice it, you can get good with most any shooting form. Dwight could make it easier on himself if he stuck with a high arcing release, though. You have more room for error with the high arcing shot. That's how Derek Fisher does it so well.
